Position Summary

 

  • Initiating Broker Add/Change/Remove request submitted by the policy holder and resolving the related queries/escalations for assigned brokers varying complexity.
  • Meets quality and customer service expectation levels set by the organization guidelines.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Review and validate the CPAM access management request. 
  • Consolidate and review the CPAM request report.
  • Perform CPAM Audits 
  • Review of the request and form for acceptability
  • Review the return statement & identify the potential reason for return.
  • Partnering with different stakeholders and resolve broker service-related queries received from various departments/stakeholders through emails.
  • Updating systems with servicing broker and send external confirmation communication email.
  • Implement corrective actions, as needed, to ensure correct broker details.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.

 

Experience 

(In Years)

  • Professional with 2+ years of work experience in BPO/Insurance industry (policy admin/ comp admin) preferably under Insurance

 

Technical Skills

  • Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy)
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to research & take decision to resolve problems in processing.
  • Good computer navigation skills
  • Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite

 

Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/ Non-Voice for Insurance Ops

  • Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry
  • Good communication skills, both written & Verbal
