I started working at MetLife right out of college. I had heard about their actuarial development program. Coming to a company like MetLife that has this established community available to you and resources to make sure that you do succeed was a huge attractive factor for me.

I joined MetLife as an intern in college and loved the people, culture, and professional growth opportunities. The Sales Academy gave me firsthand experience of what it would be like to join MetLife as a Sales Representative, and I loved it. I plan to stay here for the long run!

The MetLife Technical University (MTU) program supplied me with the invaluable context and expertise that I needed to perform well in an enterprise setting.

Our investments teams work to create risk-managed solutions to drive returns and long-term stability for MetLife’s investment portfolio and institutional clients. You will work with experts across assets and global markets to develop financial skills, acquire investments knowledge and refine your expertise to navigate a successful career in asset management.

Group Benefits serves as a key growth engine for MetLife. Internships and development training programs are available in both sales and service and prepare you to transition into a full-time role upon completion.

As a MetLife Emerging Talent Experience (METx) intern or professional you'll utilize your technical expertise in a variety of areas that include automating processes, simplifying interfaces, applying data-driven decision making and more. You'll gain real-world experience working on different technical projects that will touch the lives of millions of people.
