The Opportunity

MetLife are looking for 360Health Program Manager who is passionate about advancing health outcomes and making a meaningful difference in the life insurance industry. This role will be a critical supporter of our award-winning 360Health program, a comprehensive health and wellbeing initiative supporting customers and their families at every stage of their health journey.

As our 360Health Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and ensuring the clinical accuracy of our 360Health content and services. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, evidence-based resources that empower Australians to live healthier, longer lives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience (CX), digital, and clinical experts to continuously enhance our digital health offerings and deliver seamless, integrated experiences for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
    • Develop, review and copy-edit clinical content relevant to 360Health for appropriateness, accuracy and relevance to audience.
    • Seek out best practice in health and wellbeing, ideate and solution for improvements to service offerings.
    • Identify emerging health trends and integrate evidence-based practices into program offerings.




Required Qualifications
    • Ensure content and program compliance with Australian health regulations, privacy laws, and best practice standards.
    • Maintain clinical protocols and quality assurance frameworks are adhered to.
    • Ensure clinical integrity across content and service offerings. Collaborate with technology, clinical and commercial partners to ensure propositions meet customer, risk, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Maintain clinical protocols and quality assurance frameworks are adhered to.
    • Ensure clinical integrity across content and service offerings. Collaborate with technology, clinical and commercial partners to ensure propositions meet customer, risk, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is 65,000-90,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.  All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
