The successful candidate is a member of the Private Capital Client Service Operations team within MIM. The highly motivated professional will support, and help enhance, the client experience for MIM’s Private Capital clients and fund investors.  The professional will assist in client onboarding, help lead wide-ranging and impactful projects and should feel comfortable cultivating existing and new client relationships. 


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports for MIM’s portfolios and funds.
  • Effectively answer ad-hoc and/or follow-up questions from clients, investors, and internal partners
  • Assist the client onboarding, offboarding, and change management process.
  • Help lead projects to achieve efficiencies and improve existing processes
  • Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.
  • Help oversee operational aspects of deal flow from origination through settlement.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: 

Required:

  • Relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients or funds
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment

 Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience with Aladdin, Salesforce, and Vermilion a plus
