We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys, ensuring the efficient operation of our legal department. This role involves a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
