We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys, ensuring the efficient operation of our legal department. This role involves a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
