Descrição e requisitos

      L&D Expert will Formulate, Provide and Conduct Hands-on, Efficient, Interactive, Measurable and Business Intensive Learning & Development curriculums to MetLife Workforces (Employees, People Managers, Sales and Sales Management) in accordance with local requirements and in alignment with regional L&D standards and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Motivate, advise, train, and develop sales & non-sales workforces; he/she will assist in providing necessary trainings and workshops in key performance areas and support in practicing all needed skills and activities.

·        Prepare, create and carry-on interactive learning & development activities, such as the (Workshops & Simulations) and recommend ongoing improvement plans on business needs bases.

·        Ensure that appropriate measurement activities are developed and executed to evaluate the effectiveness of all training sessions & workshops (pre, post and during conducting trainings).

·        Leading and conducting all required training activities (Online, ILT & VILT) and practices including and not limited to; Observations, coaching & 1:1 Meetings, Performance & Activities analysis.

·        Fully implement experiential sales training curriculums and ongoing development plan of Rookies & new salespersons.  As well as special tailor-made curriculums when required.

·        Measuring learning & development results for all activities; documented learning & development objectives, knowledge assessments, skills measurement, and performance analysis where reports are key essentials.

·        In addition to the core responsibilities, the L&D Expert will champion digital literacy across the organization. They will conduct comprehensive workshops aimed at enhancing the adoption of learning platforms and integrating AI education into our training modules. This will ensure that our workforce is equipped with the latest digital tools and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

·        Carrying out any linked new assignments, projects, and initiatives of business development.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in L&D role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good command of written/spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of commonly used word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
