This full-time position is responsible for providing administrative support to the US MII team, reporting to the US Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President US MII. requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and good judgement. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism.  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar, inbox, and key contacts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence; print materials.
  • Manage travel, expense reports, catering, meeting/events, distribution lists, etc.
  • Respond to inquiries for information and provide follow-up on requests to ensure resolution.
  • Handle confidential/sensitive information.
  • Assist in the preparation and/or coordination of presentations, reports, and spreadsheets by preparing and editing text, slides and other materials.
  • Proactively prepare leaders for meetings, anticipating needs of the team daily
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments, following through on issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide other general administrative assistance and project support as needed.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 7+ years working as an Executive Assistant or similar capacity.
  • Ability to manage own performance independently and effectively, exhibiting excellent time management, strong organization, and detail orientation.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and display high degree of integrity and judgement.
  • Proficient/fluent in Microsoft Office programs
  • Highly professional in presence and communication skills (oral and written)

The expected salary range for this position is . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.  All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
