Drive consistency and rigor in TA processes (Avature usage, workforce Security, compliance) and provide insight and support to reengineering and digitizing recruiting workflows (BPR) to eliminate bottlenecks and automate low-value tasks. Simultaneously, enforce strong risk controls (training, audits) to ensure 100% compliance with security & regulatory standards (zero audit findings) in all TA processes within (LOB/Region).
