Job Scope

The incumbent will be responsible for implementation and monitoring all processes under the operation of the Policy Service Delivery Department of MetLife Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing in-force policy requests, including communications on customer queries.
• Preparing/approving disbursement of different types of customer benefits like Maturity, Cash Surrender, Policy Loan etc.
• Overseeing suspense management, reconciliation, reviewing PSS & contract of new products, supervising third parties and arranging logistical support for them.
• Implementing quality assurance for Policy Account Values for UL policies and forecasting and preparing all types of departmental reports.
• Monitoring and providing observation on simulated AV after every billing cycle.
• Performing PAS project's UAT and completing regular operational tasks assigned by line manager.

Educational Requirements

• Masters in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.

Required Experience

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Functional Competencies

• Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric with proactive & positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Skilled in using Microsoft office tools (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
• Overall system and LifeLine knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team.
