Job Scope:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Managing the operations of the Policy Service Delivery Department and providing post-purchase services like management of premium/payment collection channels, money transfer, reversal procedures, policy modification, termination, loan and maturity disbursement, customer information and correspondence management for the valued policy holders of all personal life insurance products.
Managing operational risk in accordance with company risk guidelines and building a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Manage EFT debit enrollment procedure, bill processing, data entry and QC, return item management, SMS management, money transfer, batch upload of premium/payment collection of various partner channels and customer services.
- Prepare reports and correspondence to various stakeholders, maintain assessment procedures with various partner channels (MetLife Organizational Risk Evaluation).
- Maintain communication regarding customer inquiries through various channels (e.g. letters, e-mails, phone calls).
- Process various requests received from policy owners and ensure best in class support within stipulated TAT as per company guidelines.
- Verify data to ensure accuracy and integrity of all records related to policy and policy owner personal information changes.
- Compile and document policy agreements, product brochures, internal memos etc

- Plan and organize internal meetings, formulate meeting agenda, and prepare meeting minutes/proceedings.
- Create a positive experience for every customer, every day by ensuring support to team members and other relevant stake holder
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's (4 years) or equivalent degree from any discipline.
Required experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant field of insurance industry is preferred.
